We are situated in the heart of the Lake District, just four miles from Cavan town and just onemile off the N3 from the picturesque village of Butlersbridge through which the Annalee River flows. We are 2 minutes walk from the Annalee River and just 5 minutes drive from the River Erne where the fishing is very good for bream, pike, roach and perch. Killykeen Forest Park and Lough Oughter is just 15 minutes drive, where there is first class fishing and beautiful scenery. There are a number of small lakes and rivers within 15 minutes drive.
